For the typical clauses of copyright transfer agreements, in the first example (1), in addition to the erroneous translation of the term “work,” translation is generally acceptable as a whole. It is quite mysterious that the translation of the term “publisher” has been translated into “Wydawcym”, which is a clear spelling error with the last “m” added to the word (it should be written by “Wydawcy”, i.e. publisher). In example (2), there are many factual errors. Yet the grammar of the sentences is correct. A very similar case is in the example (3). In example (3), the first sentence is only partially translated. The program omits the essential content of the original. The terminology used also requires a correction, z.B. “wyczerpywa” translated into “auspuff” instead of “cover,” “pienine roszczenia” in “monetary claims” instead of “pecuniary claims.” We must take into account the meaning of the Polish word “wyczerpywa.” The Polish Dictionary (SJP) has four different meanings. The first refers to the drawing of something, z.B. Remove liquid or loose material with something until the container is empty.
The second is to use or exploit something. The third meaning is the loss of physical and mental strength. The last meaning is something that can no longer be added to, since the subject has been dealt with as a whole. The word roszczenie (civil law law) is the right to require a particular person to behave in a certain way. whereas pieniny literally means: greedy for money, finance, money and money, hungry for money; right to the right to the right to money. In Polish, each publication contract contains in its title the genus name “Convention” and a mention indicating the purpose of the agreement: Publication Contract (Pl. umowa vydawnicza), Licensing Agreement (Pl. umowa licencyjna). The contract title is followed, in some cases, by the contract number, z.B. publishing contract No. 10/D/2010 (Pl. Umowa Wydawnicza no 10/D/2010), contract PPC/03/2011/46 Pl (Umowa PPC/03/2011/46).
For greater transparency, contract numbers should be placed for the publisher. If he/she signs several dozen publishing contracts per year, it is easier to find such a contract by identification number (Pl. numer i seria dowodu osobistego). As a general rule, the identification number includes the month and year of signing the contract as well as the number of the contract signed by the publisher, which is counted from the beginning of the year (i.e. from the date of signing of the first contract in a given year) by the publishing house s. 1. For example (2) at the beginning, the title of the contract is totally incomprehensible and must be translated again. Words are repeated, terminology is not expert.
In addition, the program does not reflect any appointments. In this case, we have a Polish date diary identical to the original. The part of the sentence that relates to the other contracting party must also be corrected because it is grammatically incorrect.
